Treadmill?
I start my work-out on the treadmill for 35 mins then weights for 25mins. My speed is 3 and my max incline is 5. What exactly will the treadmill do for me besides tone my legs and calves? Will it help get rid of this "pouch" I have around my lower stomach?

- pouches disappear very gradually ...great aerobic exercise...increase workout with ab crunches to tighten abdominal muscles....use small hand weights while on treadmill adds to the exercise....
- cardio exersizes like the treadmill does excellent things for you. it helps lower your body fat percentage. and this is the "pouch" that you're referring to. your workout sounds kind of week. I suggest cranking it and running a little longer, OR make a plan for yourself and increase your speed and distance steadily. doing weights mostly likely will not get rid of your pouch, just run a lot, drink lots of water, and make sure you burn off more calories than you consume.
